Measured Surveys
An early-stage project consultation will be offered free of charge. Isla. McBey will then carry out measured surveys. Thereafter, design and sketch proposals will be produced and presented in a clear format for easy consideration.
Planning applications
We will manage the planning application paperwork. This includes supplying architectural drawings, completing application forms, communicating with other consultants and answering questions from the local authorities.
Building warrants
Most alterations require a Building Warrant. Plan Ahead can provide the technical drawings and communicate with any sub-contractors involved (such as Structural Engineers). We are also connected with a trusted network of highly experienced engineers, should they be a necessary addition to your project.
Production of drawings
We supply 2D & 3D CAD and general arrangement concept-to-detail drawings. These plans are always drafted to a high standard and to your personal and project requirements as we aim to provide a clear representation of your potential future build.
Liasing with Clients
We are available morning, afternoon and evening from weekdays to weekends to discuss ideas or the progress of the project. We use email, phone calls and group chats for quick convenient communication.
